Arriving to Canada under a Study Permit is one of the most popular ways to explore in Canada but choosing the right institution may often have far-reaching effects on your long-term status in Canada and professional opportunities in Canada and abroad. Depending on the type of studies you pursue, you may also qualify for a work permit of 20-40 hours per week depending on which full-time program or co-op program you are pursuing. Depending on the type of program you choose to pursue, you may also qualify for an open Post Graduate Work Permit in Canada ranging from 8 months to 3 years after the completion of studies. You may also be able to invite your family members to visit you in Canada during your studies in Canada.

Generally, the minimum requirements to study in Canada include:

        > Admission to a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada

        > Financial Requirements Indluding Tuition and Living Espenses

        > Health Insurance for the Duration of Studies in Canada

NOTE: Admission requirements vary depending on a variety of geo-political factors. Future Soft Immigration will be able to provide you with a precise outline of your specific requirements during the pre-retainer agreement consultation process.
