OVERVIEW
Canada has one of the broadest and most compelling international job opportunities in the world, and among the many working opportunities available, the two most prominent programs are the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) and the International Mobility Program (IMP). In many, but not all cases, a valid job opportunity in Canada can open the doors to permanent residency and Citizenship in Canada through its Express Entry Programs (EE) as well as an opportunity to further your international job experience abroad.
Future Soft Immigration is always ready to help you navigate the continually changing job market in Canada by assisting you in applying for positions that require a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). We are also happy to assist students and their family members with Canadian work permits as well as providing guidance in how to apply for positions that might help our clients find long-term opportunities as workers in Canada. Most importantly, our firm is prepared to connect you with an exclusive network of Canadian employers that are struggling to find Canadian PRs and Citizens to fill crucial job positions across the provinces of Canada and are therefore willing to go through the process of securing an LMIA qualifying job position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The specific requirements for each working visa depend on the type of international and Canadian work experience a candidate has had over the last 3 years depending on their classification under the TEER category system. However, there are some broad requirements that may be taken into consideration:
> Education/Qualification/Certification for a Canadian Job Position
> LMIA Supported Job Position
> Provincial Needs for Foreign Worker
> The Specific Technical, Cultural and/or Economic Benefit to Canada
NOTE: In some cases, foreign nationals may be LMIA exempt depending on their status under CUSMA, geo-political situation and/or a specific Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)/ PNP Pilot Program. In all cases, we are constantly updating our research in the face of the ever-changing Canadian labour market in order to provide our clients with the very best opportunities for employment in Canada.
