CEOMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The specific requirements for each working visa depend on the type of international and Canadian work experience a candidate has had over the last 3 years depending on their classification under the TEER category system. However, there are some broad requirements that may be taken into consideration:
> Education/Qualification/Certification for a Canadian Job Position
> LMIA Supported Job Position
> Provincial Needs for Foreign Worker
> The Specific Technical, Cultural and/or Economic Benefit to Canada
NOTE: In some cases, foreign nationals may be LMIA exempt depending on their status under CUSMA, geo-political situation and/or a specific Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)/ PNP Pilot Program.
