OVERVIEW
Future Soft Immigration’s most important role is to connect both temporary residents in Canada as well as its Permanent Residents and Citizens with their loved ones from abroad. In all instances, our firm specializes in producing customized case-specific submission letters to IRCC that will support the genuine nature of your sponsorship through a one-on-one multi-interview process. Broadly speaking, our firm is able to assist you in sponsoring your:
> Spouse, Common Law Partner or Conjugal Partner
> Dependent Children
> Parents and/or Grandparents (Super Visa)
> And Other Relatives (certain conditions apply)
In addition, we are also happy to assist temporary visitors to Canada, such as international students and workers, with the challenging task of inviting their family members to visit them in Canada on a temporary basis.

CEOMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
In order to invite your family members for a temporary visit to Canada, a temporary visitor to Canada must already have legal status in Canada such as a valid student or working visa. However, in order to sponsor a family member for permanent residency and eventually citizenship in Canada, the sponsor must be:
> 18+ Years Old
> A Citizen or Permanent Resident in Canada
> A Person Registered in Canada as an Indian Under the Canadian Indian Act.
> Able to Prove They Are Not Receiving Social Assistance for Reasons Other Than Disability
> Able to Provide for the Basic Needs of Any Persons They Want to Sponsor
NOTE: Despite the above basic requirements, there may be additional reasons, such as inadmissibility that may make a sponsorship otherwise difficult.
